This role requires 1-2 years of kitchen experience, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work varied shifts.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in a kitchen or cooking role.
• Read and follow recipes precisely.
• Clean, chop, slice, cook, and plate food.
• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs.
• Stand for long periods and stay on your feet.

Aufgaben

• Create a positive and energetic environment to support an exceptional guest dining experience while upholding standards.
• Coordinate daily with culinary team, dining room managers, and sommelier on requests and dietary needs.
• Assist in recipe development, menu planning, dish presentation, and event coordination.
• Read guest requests daily and accommodate dietary needs and changes to menus.
• Modify recipes/orders to meet customers' needs and requests.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain kitchen sanitation and appearance standards.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and storage; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Cook food in a timely manner.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies.
