Pilgrim's is hiring for a Sanitation Worker at the Hatchery locations in Ranburn and Bowdon. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas, completing mandatory safety and food safety/GMP training, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours are 5:45 AM to 3 PM. Benefits include after 60 days eligibility and education assistance for employees and dependents, along with standard vacation and personal days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Prefer previous manufacturing experience.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
