Job summary

Pilgrim's Carrollton is seeking a Sanitation Worker for 2nd shift. You will clean and sanitize production areas, participate in safety and GMP trainings, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We offer competitive entry wages starting at $18.45 per hour plus shift differential, Sunshine Pay, benefits after 60 days, and free community college for employees and dependents. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED is desired.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
