Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a supervisory position in Fort Payne, AL. The role involves directing workforce, hiring/training staff, and enforcing safety and bio-security policies.

Must have 2+ years in processing/manufacturing and supervisory experience, with knowledge of hatcheries. MS Office skills are required, and a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge of hatchery of baby chicks.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize and advise when unsafe conditions are observed.
