Job summary

The position includes rotating shifts with opportunities for flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly staff, PTO, comprehensive health coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for all arrivals, departures and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage and freight into aircraft bins, belts or carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties like cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and capabilities.
