Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking candidates to lead a ramp team, marshal aircraft on the ramp, and manage baggage handling. The role includes de-icing duties as needed and operating various ramp vehicles.

You will work in rotating shifts and support safety and compliance standards across all tasks. We offer flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly staff, full-time allocation at 30+ hours per week, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and a 401k plan.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and towing.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, air mail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment such as stairs, belt loaders, tow tractors, and servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties like cleaning, restocking supplies, and servicing the aircraft.
• Promote and adhere to safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Complete work safely and report safety or security incidents.
• Work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
