Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Agent to lead a ramp team, marshal aircraft, and oversee baggage handling on the tarmac in Hawaii. The role includes aircraft de-icing, wing walker duties, and operating ramp equipment to ensure safe, efficient movements.

Responsibilities include leading daily ramp operations, loading/unloading passenger baggage, and performing cabin services as needed. Excellent safety adherence and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ramp team in aircraft marshalling and ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrival, departure, and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, and transfer baggage and freight into aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Follow safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
