Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Ramp Supervisor in Tampa to lead Ramp Agents and ensure aircraft arrival and departure are on schedule. You’ll guide the team, enforce safety rules, and prepare equipment for use while handling scheduling and training responsibilities.

The role emphasizes people leadership with a focus on safe, efficient, and on-time service every day, coordinating with Airport Operations to resolve issues and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline ramp operations and safety regulations.
• Experience leading a team of ramp personnel and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Ability to monitor on-time performance and manage shift bids and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor ramp performance and ensure equipment availability for operations.
• Oversee daily airport operations to ensure safe, secure, and compliant service.
• Manage shift bids, training compliance, and daily payroll.
• Ensure adherence to labor contracts and resolve performance or safety issues.
