Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a ground handling team at Charleston. You will marshal aircraft, load/unload baggage, operate ramp equipment, perform wing walker duties, and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with crew, maintaining service quality, and upholding Unifi policies. Candidates should be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain airport credentials; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state regulations.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft and de-ice when required.
• Load, unload, transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies as needed.
• Report safety incidents and hazards per policy.
