Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a ramp team, marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and operate ramp equipment. Duties include wing-walker tasks, de-icing support, and potential cabin service responsibilities. The role requires maintaining safety standards and reporting hazards.

Full-time position with rotating shifts, weather exposure, and weekend/overtime availability. Benefits include flight privileges after 30 days, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and towing.
• Perform wing-walker duties to protect the wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, and sort baggage and materials into aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Monitor safety conditions and enforce Unifi policies and regulations.
