Job summary

Unifi is a leading aviation services company seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead our ramp team, marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and perform de-icing and inspections as needed.

You will operate ramp equipment, may assist with cabin services, and uphold safety and Equal Employment Opportunity policies. This full-time role requires flexibility for shifts and weather conditions, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and towing.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
