Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking candidates to lead a ramp team responsible for marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, and operating ramp equipment. The role involves wing-walker duties, de-icing, and ensuring safety compliance across shifts.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent, must be 18+, and be able to obtain required credentials. A valid driver’s license and aviation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• One year of aviation/ground handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ramp service team and marshal aircraft.
• Load, unload and sort baggage and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment (e.g., bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors).
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Promote safety and comply with company policies.
