Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a capable Ramp Team Lead to supervise a ramp crew and marshal aircraft in and out of gates. The role includes loading and unloading baggage, de-icing as required, and operating ramp equipment to support safe, efficient airport operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain required credentials. Full-time role with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents and marshal aircraft on the ramp and at the gate.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage, mail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors and servicing vehicles.
• Support cabin service duties including cleaning and restocking where needed.
