Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have and maintain a valid US Driver's License.
  • Ability to hold and maintain an Airport Badge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and control airport ramp services activities.
  • Monitor the quantity and quality of work performance in assigned areas.
  • Direct personnel and oversee staffing requirements.
  • Provide input on hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and termination of subordinates.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, standards, and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor and enforce budgetary controls and staffing requirements.
  • Communicate with airport board officials and customers.
  • Supervise employees to maintain customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations standards.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate security programs and TSA regulations.
  • Conduct required company audits.
  • Implement and clarify the site‑specific security plan and ensure staff have proper ID badges.
  • Promote a respectful and equitable work environment.
  • Address passenger and operational concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with catering, fueling, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Represent the company in assigned capacities.
  • Demonstrate analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Interpret technical instructions and adapt to abstract and concrete challenges.
