Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound flight operations.
• Communicate with Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, OPC Load Planning, Staff and other teams.
• Adjust aircraft parking and tail assignments as needed.
• Communicate operational changes promptly to relevant parties.
• Answer and address the HELP Line.
• Code departure delays and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor weather and arrange feeder aircraft if required.
• Prepare reports for Staff-level managers.

• Communicate with Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, OPC Load Planning, Staff personnel, and other relevant teams
• Adjust aircraft parking and/or tail assignments
• Communicate operational changes promptly to appropriate parties and areas
• Answer and address the HELP Line
• Code departure delays
• Arrange for small feeder aircraft if needed
• Prepare reports for Staff-level managers
• Monitor weather
• Announce operational bans when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
• Must be familiar with ramp parking and all aircraft types
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
