Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring a Ramp Clerk for our Seattle-area operations. You will load and unload cargo, move freight between terminals, and assist aircraft push-out and towing while maintaining safety and efficiency in a high-noise environment.

Responsibilities include handling cargo weighing up to 70 lbs, operating vehicles up to 80,000 lbs gross, and following security procedures and TWU requirements. This is a full-time on-site role with union coverage.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• This job is covered by TWU union and dues requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aircraft cargo up to 70 lbs., and move up to 3,200 lbs. on rollers.
• Drive vehicles with varying gross weights in congested areas near aircraft.
• Assist in push-out, towing, and guiding during aircraft movements.
• Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft and read destination sheets.
• Communicate with crew using hand signals and voice commands and follow safety procedures.
