Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to support on-field ground operations at Richmond International. You will help load baggage, marshal aircraft, and operate ground equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

No prior experience is required — training will be provided. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and obtain a SIDA badge after pre-employment checks. This role offers growth within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to gates; assist with pushback procedures.
• Assist with catering carts and galley supplies to/from aircraft.
• Conduct aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Ensure ramp areas are safe, clean, and free of FOD; report deficiencies.
• Communicate with team via two‑way radio and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow safety regulations and complete all required training.
