Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking an Airline Ramp Service Agent on a part‑time basis to support safe, efficient aircraft turnarounds. You will help load baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground equipment, and keep ramp operations secure and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and co-mail from aircraft.
• Operate ground service equipment safely per regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates and assist with pushback.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Ensure ramp safety, report hazards, and maintain FOD-free areas.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment; report deficiencies.
• Communicate with team via two-way radio.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Complete required training and work tasks you are trained for.
