Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Ramp Service Agent in Las Vegas to perform essential ramp duties including loading, unloading, aircraft marshalling and water servicing. A strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for reliable operations.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs (75 lbs occasionally) and flexibility to work weekends and nights. Full-time employment with union-backed terms applies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs (75 lbs occasionally).
• Valid driver’s license and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Strong communication with flight crews and team.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Marshal aircraft upon arrival and departure.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft.
• Safely drive and operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, tugs) to move baggage and cargo.
• Perform ground service functions (connect/disconnect ground power, water service).
• Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking and related guide man functions.
• Maintain a secure work environment.
