UPS is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to oversee ramp operations, training, and development of staff. The role focuses on safety, productivity, accuracy, and excellent customer service across the team. Formación

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, and develops ramp employees for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Provides orientation, skills and safety training and ongoing coaching.
