Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and meet local requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week across shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in basic computer software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Leads with a positive, team-oriented approach and proactive cross-departmental communication.

• Ensures compliance with safety policies and government requirements.
