UPS is seeking a supervisor for ramp operations responsible for supervising, training, and developing ramp employees while upholding safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, set development plans, ensure proper orientation and coaching, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and reliable service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Must meet local age and driving requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
