UPS is seeking a capable ramp supervisor to lead, train, and develop ramp personnel ensuring safety, productivity, and accuracy. You will foster a high-performance team, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and uphold strict safety and performance standards across shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment, with a permanent position and opportunities to advance within UPS.

Competenze

• Lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Meets local age and vehicle operation requirements
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
