Job summary

JetBlue is hiring for Ground Operations Crew in Boston. You will load/unload bags, operate ground service equipment, and assist with aircraft servicing and cabin preparation. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, strong customer service, and the ability to follow safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service, are fluent in English, and can work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work outdoors in variable weather and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to travel and work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment including motor vehicles, tugs, and de-icing gear.
• Service aircraft with ground support equipment and perform ramp activities.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo, sometimes heavy, in the baggage system.
• Prepare cabin for boarding, clean seats, galley, and lavatories as needed.
• Assist customers with special needs and direct aircraft movements on the ramp.
