Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Ramp Service Manager-on-Duty (MOD) in Seattle, WA, to oversee below-wing operations and ensure safe, efficient handling of flights and luggage. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, airline partners, and airport authorities to resolve real-time operational challenges.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with 3+ years in ground operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ground operations or ramp services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; aviation/logistics degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain airport security badge.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp operations, including aircraft marshaling and baggage handling.
• Coordinate with ground crews to ensure safe, on-time aircraft turnaround.
• Monitor GSE usage and maintenance.
• Manage irregular operations due to diversions or weather.
• Lead shift and conduct debriefings.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear communication between departments and partners.
