Formación

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Provides leadership to cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and that staff are properly oriented and trained.
• Coaches and supports ongoing development and performance evaluations.
