Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to use common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop ramp employees to achieve safety, production, and attendance targets.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with department, station, corporate, and local requirements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate personal development plans, orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for staff.
