Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking Ramp Supervisors to lead ground handling operations, ensuring flights depart and arrive on schedule while passengers and cargo are handled efficiently and securely.

You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, guide aircraft to gates, move luggage and cargo, and ensure all procedures meet safety standards. The role requires physical ability and flexibility to work 24/7 schedules and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience is required.
• Education credentials as applicable.
• Certification/licenses (if applicable) may be required.
• Airport badge or security clearance (if applicable) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and tow planes.
• Assist with staffing schedules to ensure coverage.
• Perform other duties as required to meet operational needs.
