Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or an alien legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates positive relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Implements employee personal development plans to support continued professional growth.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching for department personnel.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
