You will train and develop staff, coordinate with teams, and maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment, delivering reliable service across UPS networks.

Formación

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements employee development plans and provides orientation and ongoing training.
