United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) is seeking a ramp supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. This role develops staff, promotes teamwork, and drives continuous improvement across the department.

You will coach, evaluate, and orient team members while enforcing safety policies and high performance standards. Responsibilities include managing resources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and fostering positive inter-departmental collaboration.

Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work flexible shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to operate a vehicle as required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Leads with a positive, team-oriented environment and drives continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans and conducts orientation and coaching for staff.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and compliance with regulations.
