Job summary

Alliance Ground International is hiring Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and ensure safe, on-time ground handling services. You will supervise agents, guide airplanes to gates, and manage loading/unloading of baggage and cargo while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

The role requires flexibility to work 24/7 operations, ability to work weekends and holidays, and willingness to perform additional duties as needed. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided by AGI.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience required.
• Education or certifications may be required.
• Airport badge or security clearance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, supervise agents and leads for safe, efficient operations.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to the gate.
• Handle passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and tow planes.
• Maintain punctuality and safety on all tasks.
• Assist with staffing schedules to ensure coverage.
• Perform other duties as required to meet operational needs.
