Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ramp agents in safe loading/unloading of aircraft.
• Ensure timely turnaround and baggage/cargo handling.
• Coordinate use of ground support equipment and resources.
• Perform safety checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with flight crews and ground teams to coordinate operations.
• Troubleshoot ramp issues to minimize delays.
• Train and mentor ramp agents on safety and procedures.
