Job summary

Alliance Ground International is hiring Ramp Supervisors in Tampa, FL to lead ground handling on all shifts, ensuring safe, on-time operations for passengers and cargo. You will supervise agents, mentor staff, and guide aircraft to gates, while managing luggage, cabins, and equipment handling.

The role requires ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and to maintain safety and efficiency across all ground operations. Training and full benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
• Assist with staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company to meet operational needs.
