Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a team of ramp agents and marshal aircraft on the ramp, handling loading, unloading and sorting baggage. The role includes de-icing, inspections, and operating ramp equipment as required.

Responsibilities extend to wing walker duties, cabin service if needed, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be prepared for outdoor shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Credentials required per airport/state/customs.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• One year of aviation or ground handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and towed moves.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings.
• Load, unload and transfer baggage and cargo in aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties as needed.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
