Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Ramp Lead to oversee ramp operations, coordinate baggage and cargo handling, and ensure safe, efficient aircraft turnarounds at the airport. You will lead a team, enforce safety procedures, and communicate with flight crews and ground staff to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in ramp operations, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ramp operations or a similar aviation role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to gates without damage or injury.
• Communicate with flight crews and ground staff to ensure timely turnarounds.
• Inspect ramp area and equipment for safety compliance.
• Train and mentor ramp staff on safety practices.
• Maintain records of ramp activities and incidents.
