Workout Anytime Asheboro is hiring a Club Manager to learn every facet of club operations and lead a small team. You will be the face of the club, ensuring a welcoming environment, delivering the RAMP program, and guiding members toward their fitness goals without high pressure sales.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
• Coachable and able to learn systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Learn the club operations end‑to‑end, including front desk, onboarding, and program delivery
• Be the friendly face of the club, greet members by name and track progress
• Lead a small team and ensure consistent, high‑quality member experiences on every shift
• Deliver RAMP education to members as a clear, value‑driven conversation
• Keep members engaged and re‑engage those who show at‑risk signals to reduce churn
• Provide safe, no‑pressure tours focused on outcomes rather than sales
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and uphold standards
