Workout Anytime Greensboro is hiring a Club Manager to lead our Guilford County location and grow into a leadership role. You’ll learn every side of club operations, deliver the RAMP program, and lead a small team with a focus on member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping people and willing to learn the system.
• Reliable and keeps commitments.
• Comfortable talking with people in person and on the phone.
• Organized and able to follow a structured system.
• Coachable and able to implement training.
• Hospitality/retail/military or similar background is a plus.
• Fitness certification is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn club operations from front desk to RAMP delivery and scheduling.
• Own the member experience and be the face of the club.
• Walk members through the RAMP process as an educational conversation.
• Train, supervise, and hold staff accountable for service quality.
• Track member progress and re-engage at risk members.
• Provide friendly tours for prospective members focusing on outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and operational club.
