Job summary

Workout Anytime Lenoir is hiring a Club Manager to learn every aspect of club operations and lead a small team, with an emphasis on the RAMP program. The role focuses on coaching and guest experiences over traditional sales tactics, in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will supervise front-d desk activities, engage members, and ensure the club runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and high standards. Training path leads to full club leadership.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about helping people and willing to learn the system.
  • Reliable—if you say you'll follow up, you do.
  • Comfortable talking with people in person and on the phone.
  • Organized and able to follow a structured program.
  • Coachable and ready to be trained on RAMP.
  • Hospitality, retail, healthcare, service, military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the club operations inside and out, including member onboarding and front-desk flow.
  • Own the member experience, greeting members by name and tracking progress.
  • Deliver RAMP as an educational conversation, not a sales pitch.
  • Lead a small team and ensure consistent high-quality experience across shifts.
  • Keep members engaged, re-engage those at risk of leaving, and reduce churn.
  • Provide friendly tours to prospective members focused on goals, not hard selling.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and operationally sharp club standard.
