Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Ramp Resource Planner (Allocator) to oversee operation manpower and coordinate in real time with Frontier resources and internal teams. You will communicate with airport customers and ensure efficient flight handling while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires aviation experience, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments. Compensation includes hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior Ramp/aviation experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, employment history, and Custom Seals.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ramp operations by coordinating manpower in real time and ensuring efficient flight handling through communication with Frontier resources and internal teams.
• Act as the central communication point for ramp operations, providing real-time updates to leadership and monitoring assigned radio channels for operational coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in line with company and industry standards, while proactively identifying and reporting operational deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airline station managers, airport staff, and government agencies, to maintain seamless ramp operations.
• Perform other ramp duties as needed, including working outside, operating motorized equipment and engaging in physically demanding tasks in confined spaces.

Role Purpose

The Menzies Aviation Ramp Resource Planner (Allocator) will have the responsibility to oversee operation manpower. This individual must have the ability to work under pressure assigning operational crews as required. The Ramp Resource Planner is responsible for overseeing personnel, take accountability for safety, resource management, operations standards, and communicate directly with Airport Customers as needed.
