Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking Line RON Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to work on the ramp in Dallas, performing overnight maintenance to keep aircraft ready for the next flight. You will inspect systems, fix issues, and coordinate with Technical Operations.

The role is outdoors, hands-on, and teamwork-driven. Pay is $35.77 per hour, plus $8.50 per hour A&P Premium, with overtime and shift premiums under the CBA; benefits include health insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Read and understand maintenance procedures manuals and related documents.
• Follow instructions and comply with maintenance rules.
• Write accurate and complete summaries of work and sign off.
• Have computer skills for training modules and learning systems.
• Meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
• Be aware of hazardous situations and handle emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities
