Job summary

Unifi is seeking staff for aircraft marshalling, baggage handling, de-icing, cabin service and ramp operations. No experience required; paid training provided. Competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, and flight privileges after 30 days for employees and eligible family members.

Full-time roles start at 30 hours per week; weekly pay is offered and shift coverage includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Safe work environment with focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as required by airport/state/customs.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the wing from equipment.
• Load/unload/sort/transfer baggage and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards.
