Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking team members for ramp operations, marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, and cabin service duties. The role includes de-icing and inspections as needed and operation of ramp equipment like stairs and bridges.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. The position offers full-time hours with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and flight privileges after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Physical requirements: must lift >70 lbs, up to 70 lbs; push/pull up to 70 lbs; stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties such as cleaning and restocking.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely following company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards promptly.
