Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking individuals to join a growing team. The role includes marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, de-icing, and operating ramp equipment.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Employees receive flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly employees, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Marshal aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as needed.
• Load/unload/sort baggage and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment (stairs, bridges, bag tugs, belt loaders).
• Occasionally perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards immediately.
