Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking team members for ramp operations at our facility. Responsibilities include marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, de-icing, and operating ramp equipment.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Full-time positions offer flight privileges after 30 days for employees and eligible family members, weekly pay for hourly staff, PTO, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshal all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
