Job summary

Unifi is seeking motivated individuals to join our ramp team at the airport. You will marshal aircraft on the ramp, assist with loading/unloading baggage, de-ice as needed, and operate ramp equipment.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. We offer flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay, full-time hours (minimum 30 per week), paid time off, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), and exclusive discounts and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wing clearance.
• Load and unload baggage and other items into aircraft bins.
• Operate ramp equipment (tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors).
• Potentially perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
