Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is hiring Ramp Agents to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, while guiding aircraft to and from gates on the ramp. You will operate ground support equipment and follow safety standards to ensure smooth airport operations.

Successful candidates will be able to lift up to 70 pounds, work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and communicate effectively with team members and airline personnel.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Commitment to safety and airline regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read load sheets and baggage tags to verify contents.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and guide it safely on the ramp.
• Adapt to flight schedule changes and maintain crew communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and report issues.
