Job summary

PrimeFlight is hiring Ramp Agents to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft and guide aircraft to gates. You will help maintain safe on-ground operations and support varied ramp tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include operating ground service equipment, reading load sheets, and adhering to airline safety standards. Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures in English.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• FAA/RAIC/TSA and port authority credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft accurately.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, carts).
• Read load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels for proper placement.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and ensure safe ground movement.
• Follow safety protocols and airline regulations; work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Lift up to 70 pounds; adapt to shifting flight schedules and priorities.
