Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre‑employment requirements. Lifting/Carrying: Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry baggage and cargo weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds or more. This often involves lifting items onto raised surfaces or into confined aircraft bins.
Must be able to operate various ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts, which requires a valid driver's license and the physical capability to do so safely.
Clear vision (including depth perception and peripheral vision) and hearing are required for monitoring flight information, communication via radio/headsets, and safety compliance in a noisy environment.
The job is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
The work environment is very noisy, near active aircraft engines and ground support machinery, and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other airborne particles. Hearing protection is usually provided and required.

This position is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Per the CBA, work schedules are awarded based on seniority. New hires are awarded their initial shift based on operational need. Therefore, the company cannot guarantee certain days off.
