Starting Pay: $21.05/hour
As a Fleet Agent, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that aircraft cabins and crew spaces are clean, safe, and fully stocked between flights to support on-time departures and a comfortable environment for passengers and crew. Physical Demands & Work Conditions
Lifting/Carrying: Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds or more. This often involves carrying supplies and equipment on stairs and into confined aircraft cabins.
Movement:
Vision/Hearing: Clear vision (including depth perception and peripheral vision) and hearing are required for monitoring flight information, communication via radio/headsets, and safety compliance in a noisy environment.
Outdoor Exposure: The job is performed in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Noise and Environment: The work environment is very noisy, near active aircraft engines and ground support machinery, and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other airborne particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is usually provided and required.
This position is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Per the CBA, work schedules are awarded based on seniority. New hires are awarded their initial shift based on operational need. Therefore, the company cannot guarantee certain days off.
